Fat Cat Bakery was founded in late 2002 in Sacramento, CA, by childhood friends Erik Finnerty and Anthony Van Rees. Start with Tony the classically trained Chef with a passion for all things food. Mix in Erik with a background in business, brand marketing and a love of carbs. And you just made Fat Cat Bakery... an artisan wholesale bakery with a passion for real food.
